Propelis is looking for a highly organized Account Manager to ensure a positive client experience in the execution of production art files as they relate to instore signage. Ideal candidate is proactive in problem-solving and takes ownership of deadlines and get the job done right the first time. Join our growing organization and dedicated team by applying today! The Challenge As the Account Manager, you are our client's primary contact, responsible for managing and meeting client expectations managing a high volume of projects for our clients' vendors and creative agencies. From kickoff to quality output, with proactive communication, you will ensure projects flow through the Propelis production network and client's systems seamlessly. You will also have direct contact with client's vendors and creative agencies. In this role, tenacity in problem-solving and a strong sense of urgency will enable exceptional service and build strong relationships with internal and external cross-functional partners. The current working environment is remote. The position could also be based out of our Brooklyn Park location, if candidate so prefers. What You'll Do Manage Projects

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $45,292 - $56,615 annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors. #LI-CC1 Education

Experience in the design, print, or production art industry (preferred)
