How you will make history here...

  • Join Campbell's newly formed Growth Office and in-house content studio, creating culturally relevant, business-building food content.

  • Lead the visual storytelling of food across all platforms, elevating brand narratives through compelling video and still imagery.

  • Bring creative vision and technical expertise to craft appetizing, visually rich scenes that connect people through the food they love.

What you will do...

  • Design and execute lighting setups tailored to food styling for optimal texture, color, and mood.

  • Operate camera equipment and direct on-set composition to achieve brand-aligned aesthetics.

  • Set up and operate grip equipment safely and efficiently during shoots.

  • Collaborate with food stylists, prop stylists, creative directors, and test kitchen staff to bring culinary stories to life.

  • Maintain and manage production equipment, ensuring readiness and safety.

  • Stay current with trends in food videography, lighting techniques, and camera technology.

  • Capture food imagery with still cameras when needed.

  • While the standard schedule includes two remote and three in-office days per week, studio demands may require additional on-site availability during shoots, campaign launches, or high-volume production periods.

Who you will work with...

  • Editors, food stylists, producers, designers, and test kitchen staff.

  • Cross-functional teams within the Growth Office to deliver high-quality content across social media, websites, and online video platforms.

What you bring to the table...

  • 7+ years of experience in professional videography.

  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Cinematography, Photography, or related field.

  • Proven expertise in lighting design for food shoots, including natural light simulation and studio setups.

  • Advanced knowledge of camera systems (e.g., RED, ARRI, Canon), lenses, and grip equipment.

  • Strong understanding of composition and visual storytelling.

  • Experience working in fast-paced production environments with cross-functional teams.

  • Portfolio showcasing food videography and still photography with emphasis on lighting and texture.

  • Ability to lead shoots independently and troubleshoot on set.

It would be great if you have...

  • Familiarity with motion control rigs and macro videography.

  • Experience with post-production workflows including color grading and LUTs.

  • Knowledge of food styling and prop styling best practices.

  • Comfortable working in both studio and on-location environments.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

  • Basic proficiency in audio recording.

  • Basic proficiency in video editing.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$93,700-$134,700

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
