Intercollegiate Athletics Job Description
Position Summary Reporting to the Director of Player Personnel, the Assistant Director will provide operational and strategic support across all positions and units within the program. Responsibilities include recruiting coordination, player evaluation, film breakdown, roster management, staff training, and student-athlete support. The Assistant Director ensures efficiency, NCAA compliance, and contributes to a culture of accountability, development, and performance throughout the program. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruiting Coordination and Prospect Evaluation (35%)
2. Roster Management and Player Tracking (20%)
3. Film and Recruiting Media Support (20%)
4. Player Personnel Staff Training and Supervision (15%)
5. On-Campus Recruiting and Operational Support (10%)
Shift
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; Nights, Weekends, and Travel as required. Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in related/relevant area or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a NCAA Division I football program. Anticipated Hiring Range
