Pay: $19.00/hour Shift: 1st Shift \| Monday - Friday \| 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM As a Production Associate, you'll play a key role in day-to-day manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include: Bucketing and bagging powdered materials Operating both automatic and semi-automatic machinery Cross-training in multiple departments to support production flow Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area Inspecting final assemblies for quality, and assisting with labeling and packaging Regularly lifting up to 65 lbs (occasionally up to 80-90 lbs) What We're Looking For: Reliable and team-focused work ethic Ability to thrive in a physically active, fast-paced environment Willingness to follow safety protocols and learn new skills Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods 6+ months of warehouse experience preferred Why You'll Love This Job: We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
