A growing, innovation-driven manufacturing organization headquartered in Chanhassen, MN is seeking an International Shipping Coordinator to join its expanding operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented environment, enjoys coordinating global shipments, and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork. You'll play a key role in ensuring international and domestic orders move seamlessly from fulfillment to final delivery.

Hours & Pay

• Pay Rate: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
• Work Location: Onsite, Chanhassen, MN

What You'll Do Each Day

• Pick, pack, and fulfill international customer orders with accuracy and care
• Coordinate and ship international orders using courier services and freight forwarders
• Prepare complete and error-free export documentation for international shipments
• Assist with domestic order fulfillment and shipping as business needs require
• Coordinate with production staff to ensure product availability and order readiness
• Communicate order status, backorders, and shipment needs with the International Sales team
• Track international backorders and distribute reports to Sales and Production leadership
• Perform finished goods inventory counts and assist with additional inventory tasks
• Support warehouse operations and complete other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of experience in shipping, fulfillment, or warehouse operations
• Familiarity with international shipping methods, including couriers and freight forwarders
• Experience preparing export documentation preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete written documentation accurately
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based systems
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
