To Plan, Organize, Develop, Direct And Control All Airport Relations And Development Domestically Including The Acquisition Of Airport Operating Authority, Environmental Clearances, Airport Properties, Fedex Aircraft Operating Areas And All Other Matters Relating To Corporate On-Airport Activities.

Bachelor'S Degree/Equivalent In Aviation Management. Mba Preferred. Five (5) Years Related Experience In Airport Management/Airport Planning/Airport Properties Management. Must Have Experience In Managing Or Closing Airport Property Busniess Transactions. Excellent Negotiation Skills. Strong Basic Management, Human Relations And Communications Skills.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration or aviation management and AAE or CM accreditation.

Minimum Experience

Ten (10) years professional experience in airport affairs, aviation facility leasing or commercial real estate. Special emphasis on real estate finance, airport rate setting methodologies, negotiating airport agreements and leases.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Successful history of leading teams' completion of complex business transactions. Must have strong leadership, negotiation, understanding of finance concepts, communication, and people skills.
