Summary/Objective The Project Engineer supports estimating and project management functions under direct supervision and within defined policies and procedures. This role assists in preparing estimates, interpreting project plans and specifications, and supporting jobsite operations to gain a thorough understanding of the field methods and systems. The position is designed to foster growth in technical knowledge and project execution within the construction industry. Other Responsibilities * Support business development initiatives and company marketing efforts. Work Environment This job operates in both office and construction site environments. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to: Physical Demands * Regularly required to talk and hear Expected Hours of Work Travel Travel to local job sites is required; occasional overnight travel may be necessary depending on project location. Estimated travel: 5%. Required Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Finance, or Accounting preferred Additional Eligibility Qualifications Must be able to get a background check and drug test.
