24Seven Hotels Corporate Office is currently seeking a professional to join our team as a Part-Time Office Coordinator (20-25 hours a week). This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation and welcoming environment of our corporate office. Job Duties

Maintain Kitchen

Overall cleanliness

Microwave & Toaster Oven

Dishwasher

Coffee Maker

Refrigerators

Stock Kitchen

Half & Half

Fruit

Tea / Coffee Beans (Amazon)

Snacks (COSTCO)

Office Supplies

Maintain and order office supplies as required (Quill)

Mail Responsibilities

Pick up Mail

Sort and distribute mail inhouse

Building Work Orders/Access

Angus System - place work orders for engineering and or janitorial

Symmetry Connect - Employee access cards/access point

Ace Parking - Employee parking transponders

Basic HR Admin

Basic HR admin support functions as time dictates

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (not mandatory but adds value).
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, office administration, or facilities coordination.
  • Experience in a corporate office environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with ordering supplies, managing vendors, and coordinating meetings/events.
  • Basic knowledge of HR administrative processes is a plus.
Skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
