Description and Requirements The Content & Copy Specialist within Motorola's Global Digital Marketing team is responsible for crafting clear, compelling, and channel-appropriate content, primarily across Motorola's global web and CRM platforms (sometimes filling needs for other channels, notably social). This individual will serve as both a creative contributor and an operational collaborator - ensuring that digital content not only meets creative standards but also supports the systems, processes, and cross-functional alignment necessary for effective global deployment. This role requires an understanding of digital marketing processes and brand storytelling, combined with the ability to operate independently and thoughtfully within a matrixed global organization. The ideal candidate demonstrates mature judgment, proactive problem-solving, and an ability to balance creative excellence with operational precision. Strong English grammar is a must. The Global Digital Content & Copy Specialist will collaborate closely with web designers, web operations, project managers, product marketing, brand marketing, regional marketing partners, translation support teams, SEO, PR, legal, and external agencies. The base salary budgeted range for this position is $55k - 70K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
