Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (1st shift)

You'll Own the Daily Hustle By

• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution environment
• Prior lead or team lead experience.
• Strong understanding of fulfillment processes (pick/pack/ship)
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
• Basic computer skills (WMS, scanning systems, Microsoft Office preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Stand Up Forklift Experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (temperature variations, fast-paced)
• Strong communication skills
• Lead and support daily fulfillment operations, including picking, packing, shipping, and inventory movement.
• Work side-by-side with team members to meet daily production and shipping deadlines, which will include forklift operation, picking, packing, and other warehouse functions to ensure the jobs are completed in a timely fashion.
• Assign tasks, prioritize work based on volume and operational needs.
• Enforce warehouse safety policies and promote a safe work environment.
• Communicate updates, challenges, and performance metrics to warehouse leadership.
• Assist with inventory counts, system transactions, and process improvements as needed.
