A fast-growing organization serving healthcare and surgical environments is seeking a driven Regional Sales Representative to manage and grow a multi-state territory. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in field sales, builds long-term client relationships, and is comfortable navigating operating room environments. Hours & Pay



  • Base Salary: $55,000 annually
  • Commission Structure:

    • 10% commission on paid invoices for the first 3 months
    • 6% commission ongoing thereafter
    • Uncapped earning potential


  • Schedule: Monday through Friday; hours vary based on travel and customer needs
  • Employment Type: Direct hire




What You'll Do Each Day



  • Manage and grow a regional, multi-state sales territory
  • Build, maintain, and expand relationships with healthcare and surgical facility clients
  • Conduct in-person meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups in OR environments
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive account growth
  • Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet customer needs
  • Track expenses and submit reports in accordance with company guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing customer support
  • Participate in onboarding and sales training, including travel as required




What We're Looking For



  • Prior sales experience required; territory or field sales experience strongly preferred
  • Experience or familiarity working in operating room environments is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable managing a large geographic territory with frequent travel
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Professional business attire appropriate for client meetings and OR settings
  • Ability to lift and carry sales materials or samples as needed
