A growing industrial packaging manufacturer is seeking a dependable Industrial Crate Painter to support production operations by preparing and finishing wooden and metal crates and barrels. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who takes pride in hands-on work, pays close attention to detail, and wants to grow within a stable manufacturing environment.

Hours & Pay

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
• Employment Type: Temp-to-hire
• Location: Coppell, TX

What You'll Do Each Day

• Prepare crate and barrel surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and de-greasing
• Mask areas as needed before painting
• Apply primer and base coats according to production requirements
• Paint and finish wooden and metal crates to meet quality and safety standards
• Inspect finished products for consistency, coverage, and defects
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and production guidelines at all times

What We're Looking For

• Entry-level candidates welcome; prior painting experience not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment
