DESCRIPTION OF WORK

This role functions as the leader within the Store Performance and Data Division of the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB). The responsibilities encompass a comprehensive analysis of various metrics, including retail sales figures, labor utilization, and inventory data, to identify trends, assess losses, and evaluate profitability. This analytical approach is essential for meeting the financial and operational goals set by PLCB. - Full-time employment.
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 3 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. - Salary: The salary will be determined in accordance with the Commonwealth's Pay Rules.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a State Liquor Store Administrator 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration);or
- Two years as a State Liquor Store Administrator 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Seven years of retail store experience at the manager or assistant manager level which includes administrative and management experience involving the review, analysis, and implementation of procedures, policies, and directives; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training which includes administrative and management experience involving the review, analysis, and implementation of procedures, policies, and directives.
Other Requirements:

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements:
- You must pass a background investigation. An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code. Other criminal convictions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
