UW Health in northern Illinois is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) to join our employer-based Occupational Medicine program in Rockford, Illinois. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to focus on preventive care, workforce health, and injury management within a highly collaborative practice.

Position Highlights

• Employer-based Occupational Medicine practice
• Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and illnesses
• Perform DOT, pre-employment, return-to-work, and surveillance physicals
• Conduct OSHA-mandated exams, respirator clearances, and drug/alcohol testing
• Emphasis on injury prevention, early intervention, and safe return-to-work
