Here's what you'd do:

• The test operator is responsible for testing product using specific test fixtures and tools
• * Perform inspection, product specific test set-up and operation.
  * Follow product specific test procedures.
  * Data enter test results in the quality system, interpret test diagnostics, label and route product to the next level in the process.
  * Identify and report defective components.
  * Assemble and/or program circuit board assemblies as required.
  * Responsible for the accuracy of work-in process associated with work cell.
  * Responsible for the cleanliness of work area and surrounding work space.
  * Participate in Quality team meetings, as required.
  * Understand and follow all applicable ISO and job specific procedures.
  * Maintain ESD integrity within production environment
  * May train other employees.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating test equipment in a manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of PCB assembly, product assembly processes, component value identification and other component nomenclature.
• Capable of performing job function utilizing written procedures, verbal instructions and visual aids.
• Basic computer skills, problem solving and workstation skills.
• Ability to operate in a multi-tasking, highly dynamic team work environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary.
• Knowledge of ISO9001.
