ProGreen is seeking an experienced Regional Wholesale Manager - West Coast to grow and manage sales of ITS our ProGreen Wholesale Division across the western United States. This is a remote, field-based role from our Murrieta, CA location, requiring regular travel throughout the West Coast region.

Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand market presence within the assigned territory.
  • Manage existing accounts by providing tailored solutions, conducting product demos, and upselling to maximize revenue.
  • Identify new lead generation opportunities via cold calling, networking, and market analysis to grow the wholesale customer base.
  • Oversee territory management activities including route planning, sales calls, and customer visits to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Utilize CRM software such as HubSpot to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and forecast future growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients while maintaining excellent customer service standards.


Experience


  • Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management within the artificial turf industry.
  • Demonstrated management experience leading sales teams or business development initiatives.
  • Strong background in technical or product-focused sales with an emphasis on solution-based selling.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and other software for lead tracking and analysis.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills combined with excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Experience in retail or inside sales is advantageous but not essential.

Education
Bachelor's Degree Preferred in:


  • Business Administration
  • Marketing
  • Sales Management
  • Supply Chain / Operations
  • Construction Management (relevant for turf, materials, or building products)
  • Years of experience may equal education
