JOB TITLE: Tank Maintenance LOCATION: Midland, TX POSITION REPORTS TO: Tank Manager SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 7am-4pm, some Saturdays (based on business need). Some overtime and weekends may be required. COMPENSATION: Commensurate with experience and skills RESPONSIBILITIES Clean and recondition bulk tanks, and painting Ensure quality, delivery and timeliness of orders are met Follow simple instructions Work productively without constant supervision Work with a team to organize and effectively run the Tank Department Other tasks and projects as assigned by manager BASIC REQUIREMENTS Must be local (live within 60 miles) Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record May be subject to comply with site specific drug testing requirements which may include hair follicle drug testing Must have at least 1 year of forklift experience Must be able to lift 80 pounds Must not be afraid of heights Able to work outside in extreme all-weather conditions Must exhibit stable employment history Must be motivated, able to communicate effectively with co-workers and management and work well in a team environment Ability to promote teamwork, be a self-starter, and work with minimal supervision Ability to work a flexible work schedule. Come in early, stay late or work on weekends if needed PREFERRED At least 1 year of prior warehouse general labor experience Prior industrial painting experience Prior experience working on pumps and pressure testing tanks Sun Coast Resources, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
