Description Location: NAS North Island, CA Security Clearance Requirement: Secret Telework Eligible? This is a hybrid role; the selected candidate must live within a two-hour distance from the work location. Regular on-site presence will be required. What You'll Do: As a Training and Development Specialist, Navy Avionics Technician (AT-O), you will play a critical role in supporting the development and validation of military training systems and materials. This position supports Navy training modernization efforts by ensuring training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with organizational-level maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep operational knowledge of Navy avionics systems, maintenance practices, and training requirements, combined with a strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
