Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Your Required Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in custodial or general maintenance work
• Ability to safely operate basic hand and power tools
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified

Your Daily Check List

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas daily
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in offices and production areas
• Empty trash and recycling bins; maintain waste disposal areas
• Clean windows, doors, and glass surfaces as needed
• Maintain dumpsters and ensure janitorial supplies are stocked
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on machinery, tools, and equipment
• Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Maintain basic HVAC and lighting systems
• Respond promptly to maintenance service requests and equipment issues
• Assist with equipment installation and facility upgrades
• Maintain documentation of maintenance logs and inspections
• Support landscape/property upkeep and exterior building maintenance
• Assist with pallet/crate storage and office/furniture moves or installation
