Staffmark is recruiting on behalf of our client for a production supervisor who knows how to run a shift and keep the team safe and moving. This is a direct-hire position, and if selected, you will be employed directly with the client starting Day 1!

What you'll do:

• Supervise daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Assign tasks and manage work schedules for production team members.
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes to meet production goals.
• Train, coach, and support team members on procedures and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with maintenance or engineering as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and performance logs.
• Collaborate with warehouse, quality, and leadership teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate production expectations clearly.
• Promote a positive and respectful work environment focused on teamwork and accountability.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or associate degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in roll forming or metal fabrication
• Proven supervisory or team lead experience in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of roll form machinery, setups, and tooling adjustments
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or ERP/MRP systems is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Able to lift (up to) 50 lbs. and work safely in an industrial environment with required PPE
