Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support



  • Provide daily administrative assistance to the management team, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for staff, vendors, and operational records.
  • Assist with inventory tracking, purchasing supplies, and coordinating vendor services.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for leadership and department heads.
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and ensure professional front-office operations.

    Qualifications
    Experience
    2 - 4 years: *2-4 years of administrative experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
    *Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
    *Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    *Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office tools.
    *Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    *Customer service-oriented mindset and a team-player attitude.
