We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinical Educator who brings a strong foundation in nursing practice and a demonstrated commitment to performance improvement and patient safety. The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, holds current RN licensure in the applicable state(s), and maintains BLS certification. This role requires the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical staff and leadership to promote best practices and support evidence-based patient outcomes. A candidate with an interest or background in educational development and clinical program design is preferred. This per diem position is scheduled Monday through Friday.

Summary:

The Registered Nurse II - Ambulatory role uses professional nursing processes to assess the needs of patients and families calling or presenting for care in the physician office and performs a wide variety of patient care services to assist physicians/advanced practice practitioners in delivering excellent care to patients of the practice.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
  3. Experience: One year of RN experience required. Two years of relevant experience preferred. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Registered Nurse I - Ambulatory Care role.
