Join Our Team at The Johns Hopkins Hospital - Bloomberg 10S New Grad RN

The Johns Hopkins Hospital- Bloomberg 10 South is a general care pediatric medical/surgical unit that cares for patients ranging in age from infancy to early adulthood. The medical patients on the unit may have such diagnoses as: asthma, cystic fibrosis, diabetes, renal failure and seizures. The surgical patients are a variety of different services including: Orthopedics, ENT, General Pediatric Surgery, Genitourinary Surgery, Neurosurgery and Plastic Surgery. The unit is also the Pediatric Burn Unit for the region. Burn victims from infancy through the age of 14 are admitted to the unit. The unit includes four beds designated as the Pediatric EMU (Epilepsy Monitoring Unit).

Position Details:

Role: Pediatrics New Grad Registered Nurse

Shifts: 12-hour rotating day/night shifts

Start Date: March 9th , 2026



Qualifications:

BSN/MSN from an accredited nursing program preferred. Applicants with an Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited program may be considered if enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within one year of hire and completing the degree within five years.

Active Maryland or Compact RN license required.

BLS CPR certification (AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted).

No RN experience required

All New Graduate RNs will be automatically enrolled in our yearlong Nurse Residency Program to facilitate your successful transition into professional nursing practice.



**Must have authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship applicants will not be considered).

Salary Range: Minimum 35.02/hour - Maximum 52.69/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
