* Leverage industry-standard audience and media research tools to analyze consumer behavior, media consumption patterns, and category trends.
* Integrate third-party market research with proprietary internal data to create a holistic view of market dynamics and audience engagement.
* Develop and deliver polished, executive-ready presentations and reports that effectively communicate complex data and strategic recommendations.
* Proactively build and maintain a comprehensive library of repeatable insights, templates, and concise summaries to enhance team efficiency and consistency.
* Collaborate closely with various marketing and sales teams, providing essential research support for publishing, advertising, and sales initiatives.
* Translate intricate data points into clear, compelling narratives that inform strategic decision-making and resonate with customer-facing communications. **What You Bring (Must-Have Qualifications):** * 2+ years of experience in media research, marketing research, audience insights, or advertising research.
* Proven ability to support reactive, request-driven workflows, such as those found in ticket systems or research queues.
* Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software, including pivot tables, lookups, complex data manipulation, and charting for impactful data visualization.
* Advanced presentation software skills, demonstrating expertise in executive-level storytelling and data visualization.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
* Demonstrated talent for crafting persuasive stories backed by data.
* A degree or relevant coursework in marketing, media, economics, sociology, statistics, computer science, mathematics, engineering, or other quantitative fields. **What Sets You Apart (Nice-to-Have Qualifications):** * Prior experience supporting marketing, publishing, or advertising teams within a large, fast-paced enterprise organization, particularly in a contractor or consulting capacity.
* Comfort working with internal dashboards, first-party datasets, and structured approval workflows in a complex enterprise environment.
* Experience supporting advertising sales executives or sales enablement teams.
* In-depth familiarity with a range of industry-standard syndicated research providers.
* Exposure to basic statistics or research methodologies.
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) or sales enablement platforms.
