Type of Opportunity: Full time FTE: 0.90 Job Exempt: No Work Shift: 12 Hour Days (United States of America)

Responsibilities:

The General Medical RN provides direct, patientcentered care for a diverse group of adult patients. This role uses the nursing process to assess needs, develop individualized care plans, and prioritize interventions while efficiently managing time and resources in a standardsbased practice environment.

  • Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans.
  • Prioritize and manage care for multiple patients, ensuring safe and efficient use of time and resources.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to provider orders and clinical standards.
  • Monitor patient conditions, respond to changes, and collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care.
  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge plans to support safe transitions.

Qualifications:

Licensure: State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License or Graduate Nurse License required

Education: Minimum ADN preparation
