Customer Service Representative Location: Bethlehem, PA
Purpose / Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact and liaison for both internal and external customers to ensure total customer satisfaction. You will interact with customers on an ongoing basis by entering orders, handling requests, and providing timely, professional, and courteous support.
