POSITION SUMMARY: The Sr. Human Resources Business Partner provides broad-based professional human resources generalist support to the overall business with a focus on ambulatory clinics and operations. This position will partner with all HR functions to implement practices, policies and procedures in order to be responsive to the Hospital's goals, culture and competitive practices. All HR staff members focus on the points of integration for seamless patient care, employee effectiveness and experience. The Sr. Human Resources Business Partner provides human resources consultation and support to specific client groups. This role uses knowledge of various human resources functions, including staffing, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations to provide tactical HR support to managers. This position consults with leaders in the strategic planning process and development of human resources strategies that support the unit's business needs. JOB REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or related field required. Master's degree preferred CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED: SPHR certification a plus. EXPERIENCE: At least seven years' related experience required. Experience must include working with organizational development for a large organization and/or functional business unit. Previous experience in a Hospital setting is a plus. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Compensation Range: $72,500.00- $105,000.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
