Modula Inc. seeks a Service Manager in Franklin, Ohioto direct and supervise the daily activities of the Service Team. Develop and maintain effective Service Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction. Implement annual Service Department goals and budget, in alignment with the organizations financial and operational objectives.
