Job Overview The CRM Performance Specialist leads financial planning and analysis for Macy's CRM communications and drives reporting initiatives that support enterprise business objectives. The CRM Performance Specialist applies strong financial acumen and analytical skills to deliver clear, actionable insights. The role collaborates closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Product Management & Product Analytics, and Finance to optimize digital strategies and influence decision-making. The CRM Performance Specialist also gains opportunities for professional growth, contributing to strategic initiatives while building hands-on experience in a supportive, results-driven environment.
