As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Screener in Frankfort, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Screener in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entrances, conducting routine checks, and providing excellent customer service to all personnel and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Monitor entry points and screen individuals entering the location to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to observe and report any suspicious activity or potential hazards.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns as they arise.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to site and Allied Universal procedures.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior and promote a secure atmosphere for employees and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
