Job Summary
Cox Automotive is looking for a Strategic Planning Director - Enterprise Data Strategy to play a critical role in shaping and executing enterprise-wide data strategies. This leader will drive high-impact initiatives that align with our corporate objectives and enable smarter, more strategic data utilization across the organization. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in management consulting, business strategy, AI strategy and data-driven decision-making. As the Director, you will lead the development of enterprise-level data strategies, guide execution across cross-functional teams, and influence key stakeholders to advance Cox Automotive's data maturity. This position demands a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, analytical depth, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities 1. USD 163,400.00 - 272,300.00 Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $163,400.00 - $272,300.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
