Job Title: Electronics Assembler/Assembly Technician (Soldering exp required) Duration: 6 Months Contract Location: Oro Valley, AZ 85755 Payrate: $18/hr. on w2 without benefits Shift Timing: 1st Job Summary: Performs disassembly, assembly, re-work, and minimum testing of various electrical/electronic equipment. Role & Responsibilities: Use electric soldering equipment to the IPC-A-610B, Class 3 standard Cut, prepare and pre-tin wires, prepare batteries, Apply conformal coat, marking and adhesive bonding. Perform a variety of complex mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations in accordance with company instructions and procedures Conduct inspections of own and/or other associates work to insure correctness in accordance with company and/or customer drawing Maintain a clean and orderly workstation adhering to 6S standards. Required Skills: Able to read and comprehend regulations and instructions in English Must be able to work all shifts and available for overtime and weekends as needed Proficient in using the tools, equipment, and inspection aids applicable to the scope of work assigned Use hand tools, power tools and electric soldering gun. Required Education: High School Diploma/GED.
