The ICS Cybersecurity Manager provides risk management oversight to the PD&T and Equipment Businesses by partnering with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), OpEx OT Cybersecurity Director, PDO/Engineering GFO, Technology Managers (TMs) and PDO Regional Process Controls Managers and Technology and Equipment Business leadership to identify and mitigate risks by ensuring that cybersecurity standards, work processes, solutions and innovations are consistent with the company's safety and reliability goals and address emerging cyber threat landscape and evolving regulatory requirements.

The ICS Cyber Security Manager provides risk oversight to Engineering and Products by fulfilling the following responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain Engineering ICS Cybersecurity strategy/roadmap and jointly with Products and Engineering, implement the strategy/roadmap in product designs, interfaces and projects to ensure risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and cost optimization

  • Review and approve the Engg. ICS Cyber standards/specifications to ensure independent technical oversight and compliance with regulations and AP corporate policies

  • Review and approve exceptions and mitigations for step-outs and provide inputs to cybersecurity related TRS items

  • Participate in the DCS/SIS/MAC and CRA consultant bidding/selection processes and oversee the ICS Cyber Risk Assessment process on projects for consistent and effective execution of the CRA methodology and implementation of the recommendations

  • Conduct periodic review of Engg. compliance with the Cyber strategy, standards, specifications and work processes, identify opportunities for trainings and process optimization and provide guidance to the GFO for improvement based on lessons learned and policies and regulations changes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or a closely related field. Five (5) years of experience required in each of the following:

  • Developing and applying cybersecurity guidelines and procedures for operating facilities with the potential of financial and safety concerns;

  • Developing cyber security strategies and procedures for operating facilities and new facility developments;

  • Directing cyber security experts; and Conducting Cybersecurity Risk assessment, plan mitigation measures, and overseeing and assessing implementation solutions.

  • Must be able and willing to travel domestically and internationally 20% to employer sites.
