Cedar Creek, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for an Activity Assistant to join our growing team!

Cedar Creek Senior Living
is located not far from Highway 65 in East Bethel. Come enjoy the beautiful views from our building and meet our team mascot Cheetah! We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 70-unit apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Cedar Creek is a growing community with a fun, caring, and passionate team. Join our team today!

Schedule: Full-Time/Hours and Days Varies, every other weekend included.

Wage: $17.50-$22.50 wage is based on experience

As a Community Life Assistant, you will be responsible to assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive community life and wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant. Duties include:



  • Facilitate group programs (large group and small group) as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
  • Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is strongly preferred.
  • Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
  • Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
