Empire Distributors Inc, A Leading Beverage Distributor is now hiring an On Premise Regional Account Manager. This person will lead the company's efforts to maintain and expand relationships with large, multi-location customers. The manager of National/ Regional accounts is responsible for achieving sales quotas and assigned strategic account objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. * Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customer's expectations. * Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts. * Proactively leads a joint company- strategic objectives in assigned accounts * Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. * Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel. * Maintain national/ regional account mandates * Achieves assigned sales quota in designated accounts. * Meets assigned expectations for profitability. * Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management. * Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards. * Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards. * Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame. * Reports to On Premise Assistant Manager * Enlists the support of sales specialists, implantation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed. * Closely coordinates company executive and supplier involvement with customer management. * Works closely with District Managers and Sales Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution. Education and/or Experience Four-year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Alcohol Permit and Valid Driver's License Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge Internet software; Inventory software; Order processing systems and Spreadsheet software, Diver reporting software and Social Media programs " Empire is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace.
