Job Summary: As a Direct Hire Recruiter at Jackson Pharmacy Professionals, Jackson Therapy Partners, or Jackson Health Pros, you'll be the key connection between talented clinicians and opportunities nationwide. Your role is to aggressively source, screen, and place healthcare professionals in permanent positions, ensuring both client and candidate satisfaction. You'll manage the full recruitment cycle, build a robust pipeline, and maintain lasting relationships with clinicians. Your ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment will be critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Recruitment Goals: Meet or exceed individual and team targets, including weekly metrics.
  • Develop Strategic Recruitment Plans: Collaborate with managers to tailor recruitment strategies.
  • Source and Screen Candidates: Utilize internal and external resources to find top talent for open roles.
  • Manage the Sales Pipeline: Drive candidates through the recruitment process, from lead generation to placement.
  • Negotiate Offers: Partner with clinicians and clients to finalize terms like salary, relocation, and bonuses.
  • Facilitate Hiring Processes: Work closely with the sales team and account managers to coordinate interviews and placements.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster ongoing connections with placed clinicians to ensure satisfaction.
  • Cultivate a Talent Pipeline: Engage with active and passive candidates to build a network for current and future needs.
  • Database Management: Keep clinician profiles updated and record all interactions accurately.
  • Ensure Quality Standards: Review candidate resumes for content and format, maintaining high standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruiting or a related sales environment, ideally within a staffing agency.
  • Driven to meet goals: Proven track record of exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and databases.
  • Self-starter: Able to work independently in a virtual environment.
  • Excellent communicator: Strong phone and messaging skills.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Able to prioritize tasks and adapt to new projects.
  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
