Benefits begin the month following the hire date. Salary: The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 - 170,000 and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location. Starting pay within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset. Summary: The Senior Product Manager provides strategic marketing leadership for a complex portfolio of products based on customer insights, market analysis, and regular competitive review. The senior product manager should be intimate with the P&L of the product lines and identify areas for revenue growth and profit improvement in line with organization long term strategies. Essential Functions
Drive the product portfolio strategy by developing and executing a multi-year innovation roadmap aligned with customer needs and market trends.
Engage directly with customers, OEMs, and distributors to gather deep insights into their operations, pain points, and evolving needs to inform product decisions.
Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to anticipate shifts and inform product strategy to maintain a competitive edge.
Manage the product lifecycle from concept and development through launch and end-of-life, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer requirements, and intellectual property.
Identify new market opportunities, generate leads, and qualify prospects in partnership with sales and marketing.
Develop and implement pricing models that reflect market conditions, customer value, and competitive positioning and maximize profitability.
Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to ensure product strategies align with operational capabilities and efficiencies.
Define, track, and report on key product and business performance indicators to evaluate success and guide continuous improvement. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree required (marketing, engineering); master's degree in marketing or business strongly preferred. Experience:
