The Senior Director of North America Channel Strategy & Growth is responsible for driving Infor's reseller success by capitalizing on the addressable market and selling at the microvertical level-where Infor helps customers transform their businesses through last-mile functionality. This role strengthens and expands Infor's reseller ecosystem by deepening our engagement with existing partners, recruiting high-quality cloud-first partners, and equipping the channel to accelerate time-to-value and revenue growth.

A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

  • Define and prioritize the microvertical markets with the greatest opportunity for growth and profitability.
  • Partner with Product Development to identify functional gaps within Infor's offerings and determine whether to address these internally or through partner-built IP.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that enable partners to differentiate, compete, and win within targeted segments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement to align partner strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Track and analyze market coverage and partner performance to ensure maximum impact in high-growth segments.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities across North America and build a strategy to fill them through the recruitment of qualified, cloud-first resell partners.
  • Drive recruitment initiatives that emphasize quality over quantity-focusing on partners who align with Infor's cloud strategy and microvertical depth.
  • Lead onboarding and engagement processes to ensure new partners ramp quickly and effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and newly signed partners to accelerate pipeline creation and early success.
  • Collaborate with the Partner Enablement team to create and deliver role-based, microvertical-focused training programs that accelerate partner capability and confidence.
  • Ensure partners have access to sales tools, marketing campaigns, and enablement resources to effectively market and sell Infor solutions.
  • Measure enablement success through adoption rates, pipeline growth, and revenue performance.
  • Identify and share partner success stories and best practices across the ecosystem to foster continuous learning and engagement.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in channel sales, ecosystem development, or partner strategy-preferably within SaaS or ERP industries.
  • Experience leading go-to-market initiatives that drive growth through partners.
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions, partner business models, and microvertical selling.
  • Experience translating strategy into execution across multiple functions.
  • Experience managing partner or customer relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a leadership role with experience communicating and presenting to all levels of an organization.
  • Experience working with SaaS and/or ERP solutions.

Location: US Remote (Spring Creek, GA or Dallas, TX)
