Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Scheduler to join our team in Burbank, United States. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing project schedules to ensure timely completion of complex projects within our organization.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using advanced project management software
  • Analyze critical paths and identify potential risks to project timelines
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and update schedules accordingly
  • Perform resource allocation and management to optimize project efficiency
  • Conduct regular schedule reviews and provide status updates to key stakeholders
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scheduling accuracy and efficiency
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address any scheduling conflicts or delays
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project timelines and milestones
  • Mentor junior schedulers and provide guidance on best practices in project scheduling
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in scheduling for complex projects
  • Advanced proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform critical path analysis and risk assessments
  • Excellent knowledge of resource allocation and management techniques
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Demonstrated experience in a relevant industry (e.g., construction, manufacturing, IT)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of industry-specific scheduling practices and regulations
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential scheduling conflicts

Annual Target Salary = $90,000.00

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
