As a Security Officer - Scale House in Shreveport, LA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. You will monitor entrances and exits, conduct routine patrols, and remain present to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Assist with access control procedures by verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Provide customer service while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas within the facility.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to observe and report any unusual activity.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of all activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate, following instructions from site management and Allied Universal protocols.
• Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and contractors while representing Allied Universal at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
