As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will interact with tenants and visitors, offering excellent customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or violations of site policies.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas of the commercial real estate location to observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and/or other activities as required by Allied Universal and site management.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with visitors, tenants, and staff to address questions, provide directions, and assist with security-related matters.
• Follow all company and client site protocols and procedures to maintain a secure environment for all occupants and guests.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
