As a Security Professional - Chemical Plant Patrol in Kingsport, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a chemical or petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols and interact with personnel and visitors to provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by executing security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Monitor access points and observe activities within the chemical or petrochemical location, reporting any suspicious behavior or security-related concerns.
• Communicate clearly with team members, site personnel, and Allied Universal management regarding incidents, observations, or procedural updates.
• Document all incidents, observations, and activities as required by site protocols and Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
