Reports to Executive Director of Corporate Health and Wellness Operations.
Position Details:
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's of Science degree in Health/Wellness-related field.
- Licensure: Licensure as appropriate in the applicable state of practice.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years' experience in Healthcare.
- Previous experience researching, designing, and delivering Health Promotion presentations to groups.
- 2 years of leading or supervising co-workers.
- Certification/Registration:
- AHA Basic Life Support certification.
- Complete phlebotomy certification within 4 weeks.
- Other:
- Knowledge of health care reimbursement and finance, physician practices, physician compensation and patient accounting.
- Must have good computer skills.
- Knowledge of services related to occupational medicine.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Knowledge in wellness and program development for industry.
- Knowledge of HRA components and impact on ROI for industry.
- Working Conditions:
- Regular and punctual attendance.
- Confinement in tight, crowded, noisy and drafty workspaces.
- Frequent mobility in accessing files, charts, and patients.
- Ability to travel extensively in a four-state region.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and Clinic personnel.
- Legible handwriting.
- Requirement to maintain strict confidentiality of patient information.
- Ability to work under stress.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
- Rigid accuracy in the identification and reporting of co-worker directions, patient instructions, medications, data billing and payments.
- Willingness to use personal protective equipment in compliance with exposure control program.
Preferred Certification/Registration: Certified Wellness Coach.
