Technical Services Manager Full Time, Exempt REPORTS TO: A Proposal Manager reports to the V.P. Technical Services in the Technical Services organization JOB OVERVIEW: The Proposal Manager works within the Technical Services organization. The primary duties of the Proposal Manager include oversight of the technical documents associated with proposals primarily associated with the Continuous Emissions Monitoring (ACS) and DAS Software (DAS) Service Lines. The Proposal Manager ensures that proposals are generated and submitted to customers within the deadlines identified in Salesforce. The Proposal Manager must have a higher level of institutional and customer knowledge along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. This position has a salary range of $70-$80k depending on experience.
