Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM

This Role's a Match If You:



  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent decision-making, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and professional workplace conduct.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and AS9100 standards is highly desirable.
  • Process purchase orders and quotes, ensuring accuracy in pricing, part numbers, revisions, and shipping instructions.
  • Plan and schedule jobs according to customer specifications, tracking each order through the entire production lifecycle.
  • Communicate continuously with internal departments and customers to relay information, instructions, and updates.
  • Learn and maintain expertise in product options, components, and account-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing to ensure materials are available for scheduled production.
  • Follow up on open quotes and support new business opportunities.
  • Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities, taking ownership and initiative to implement changes.
  • Support the Customer Service Manager with procedural updates and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and uphold industry standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100).
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned to support the team and organizational goals.
