A Taste of What You'll Do GALLO is seeking a Market Development Manager - Retail Wine & Spirits to grow our brands by building strong partnerships with distributor teams and retail accounts. In this role you will spend most of your time in the field executing monthly programs, closing distribution gaps, and driving point-of-sale growth through strategic time allocation and data-informed decisions. You'll coach and train reps and district managers, motivate teams with creative local activations, and partner with Commerce Marketing to ensure materials and digital programs are activated effectively. You will gather market intelligence, monitor pricing and competitive activity, and proactively share opportunities and risks with leadership to shape local strategies. Success requires an entrepreneurial mindset: making choice-full decisions that prioritize high-opportunity accounts, optimizing resources, and leveraging tools like Account 360 to track performance and direct action. You'll support e-retail and on-premise consistency, assist with consumer engagement and event execution, and represent GALLO authentically across communities and channels.
