A Taste of What You'll Do We're seeking a results-oriented Market Development Manager OP Wine & Spirits to maximize the sale and distribution of Gallo brands by executing targeted sales and marketing strategies and delivering the annual plan. You will spend most of your time in the field collaborating with distributor reps, district and area managers to activate monthly programs, close distribution gaps, and drive measurable performance in priority accounts. Using market data, competitive pricing insight, and an understanding of distributor deal structures, you'll identify opportunities and issues, escalate recommendations to leadership, and help ensure on-premise pricing aligns with state brand guidance. This role requires strategic time management and decisive action: you'll prioritize the highest-opportunity accounts, pivot between coaching, selling, training, and motivating distributor teams, and directly monitor goal achievement. You will coordinate local marketing materials with Commerce Marketing, support digital program commercialization, leverage tools like Account 360 to track performance and exceptions, and assist cross-functional partners with consumer engagement and event execution. You may support recruiting at key campuses as directed and will act as a Gallo ambassador in the community, hosting tastings and promoting brands through events and social channels.
