Job Summary

* Performs the patient registration and admission process.

* Performs the patient registration and admission process. (Part 2)

* Provides excellent customer service to all patients, guests and family members.

* Provides support and guidance to PA Representatives

* Provides support to PA Supervisor and Department

Education

• High school education or equivalent. Some college preferred. Medical terminology and/or computer knowledge required.

Experience

• 1.5 years of experience in hospital admitting and/or medical office providing clerical and customer service support or other management supervisory experience providing customer service support. Previous experience dealing with insurance companies preferred. College degree will be accepted in lieu of hospital experience
