As Manager, Performance Improvement in a Magnet recognized hospital, you will oversee performance improvement programs and processes to drive organizational excellence. Partner with operational teams prioritize initiatives, optimize workflow design, and implement effective solutions. Lead the development and maintenance of decision-support data systems that underpin departmental and organization-wide performance improvement efforts. Manage the oversight of multiple databases and ensure accurate monitoring of performance measures, including clinical quality indicators required for regulatory compliance and reporting. Collaborate with the Medical Staff to design, implement, and evaluate clinical guidelines and oversee the peer review process. Provide leadership for the facility-wide policy and procedure development process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards. Be responsible for preparing and presenting data, insights, and recommendations to key committees, work groups, and system-level groups to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
