Job Description

The Workforce Manager supports the overall management of the Workforce Strategy, Planning & Predictive Analytics Team. The individual will be responsible for guiding the strategy development and implementation of a variety of measurement, analysis, and Workforce Management (WFM) programs that support specific business objectives. This individual is accountable for the performance and results of planning and the WFM team. This person executes functional business plans, innovates to build the future using AI-enabled technology and contributes to the development of forecasting methodologies and strategies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of integrated analytics and measurement practices that support human capital initiative strategies.

  • Drive the design of workforce management using data to inform decision-making, applying broad knowledge of industry benchmarked trends.

  • Lead proactive communication using data to identify and address staffing gaps that impact business results.

  • Collaborate with HR and senior leaders to establish the strategic direction of workforce analytics and human capital planning priorities.

  • Manage the development and execution of strategic and core workforce measurement and planning practices to improve business decision-making.

  • Improve current processes and build future strategy utilizing AI-enabled technology to automate real-time monitoring and reporting (e.g., agentic AI).

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
  • Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on, run-the-business tactical tasks.

  • Advanced consulting skills and experience to establish and leverage relationships with internal and external partners at senior organizational levels to influence outcomes.

  • Advanced understanding of workforce planning design, delivery, validation, post-project analysis, and reporting.

  • Creative, critical thinker and problem solver with the ability to objectively review a problem, tell a story using data, and suggest multiple alternative solutions.

  • Advanced knowledge of human capital research methodologies, measurement, and statistical analysis techniques (e.g., ERLANG-C, ANOVA, MANOVA, Regression, Chi-Squared, T-Test).

  • Advanced business communication, presentation, and writing skills; ability to effectively display quantitative information using appropriate graphic visualization techniques.

  • Advanced project management skills, including personal time management to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and organize work.

  • Experienced people leader.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft business software suite; expert-level proficiency in Excel.

  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar technical languages to extract data and build data-driven narratives.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • This role includes supervisory duties.

EXPERIENCE
  • Required: 7 or more years of experience in Forecasting and/or Analytics.

  • Preferred: Experience automating processes and/or building agentic agents.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
  • No certification, license, or registration is required for this role.

Compensation

Base compensation offered for this role is $130,000- 145,000 / annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
*** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
